What we love about IFD’s “Incarnation of Earth’s Element” trend is that it really embraces the idea of reflecting the outdoors inside the home. We think of it as modern nature, a design sensibility that tends toward organic minimalism, utilizing more than just flowers and plants. With this trend, many natural items are used, such as branches, river rocks, moss and nests. It’s an elegant, sculptural approach, something we think is demonstrated nicely in our Floral Artistry piece. 

Earthy, organic features are key to this trend. Simplicity and restraint give a sense of deliberateness to the overall look, as well as emphasize the natural items being held up for consideration.
